Below are the motion profiles for the KA100/X30 and the KZ2 for Kart Kraft. Utilize the KZ2 tuning for that specific kart due to the higher values in sway and surge.
MOVEMENT DURING MENUS: KartKraft "pulses" telemetry during the menus which causes the platform to slightly move. The movement is a result from KartKraft sending telemetry and immediately stopping, thus causing the platform to go in and out of a parked state. Adjusting the motion profile will have no effect. This is a bug and has been reported to SRS.
IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING TELEMETRY: KartKraft's telemetry has telemetry gaps and can be buggy. This is usually seen in either surge telemetry spiking and causing harsh surge motion randomly or with pitch when going up/down hills. Effect Smoothing and Max Telemetries have been adjusted to mitigate the issues; however, these jerky motions will still be randomly felt when racing.
NOTE ON SPIKE FILTER SETTINGS: Due to the spiky telemetry in KartKraft similar to rally racing sims, the Spike Filter should be set to 3600 to avoid the spike filter from engaging often. A higher spike filter closer to 4200 might be required if adjustments are made to increase movement.
Platform Tuning
This motion profile was created on a PT Actuator 6DOF Simracing Platform (150mm: 7 Actuators (2 Front + 2 Rear + 2 TL + Surge). Since all motion platforms can be slightly different, please use the guidance below or utilize the quick tuning guide here for quick adjustments or the full guide here for detailed tuning information.
4 Vertical Actuator Tuning
Sway, Surge, and Traction Loss is converted into pitch or roll for platforms that do not have horizontal actuators. Since these motion profiles were created on a platform with horizontal actuators, the tuning(s) could result in excessive pitch or roll on platforms without horizontal actuators.
IMPORTANT: For an axis that does not have a dedicated horizontal actuator, it might be necessary to reduce the Effect Slider for Lat G Sway, Long G Surge Accel and Long G Surge Decel, or Traction Loss by 60% to mitigate excessive movement. For example:
If no Sway actuators, reduce the Sway Effect Slider from 16 to 6.
If no Surge actuator, reduce the Long G Surge Accel/Decel Effect Slider from 18 to 7.
If no Traction Loss actuator, reduce the Traction Loss Effect Slider from 18 to 7.
MDBOX Tuning
Due to built in smoothing effects for MDBOX, it may be necessary to reduce the Effect Smoothing by 50%. Surge, Sway, and Traction Loss may require Effect Smoothing to be removed completely.
Actuator Size and Mounting
These motion profiles were created on a platform with 150mm actuators with the Front to Rear Vertical Actuator spacing at 1290mm and the Left to Right Vertical Actuator spacing at 745mm. Actuators placed closer together or are larger than 150mm will increase the angle of pitch and roll. To mitigate the increase of motion if needed, reduce the Effect Slider for the impacted effects or reduce the Max Angle.
Max Angle
These motion profiles have balanced to allow for the increase of Max Angle and Max Horizontal to 100 (unless noted otherwise). This will allow for the maximum movement capabilities of the vertical actuators. However, if less motion is desired, reduction of the Max Angle will reduce overall motion while still retaining the balanced effects.
Reverse Surge
These motion profiles were created with the surge actuator reversed. This will cause the platform to move forward when accelerating and backwards when decelerating. To reverse the surge actuator, please follow the tutorial here.
Spike Filter
The motion profiles have been tuned to a Spike Filter setting of 3600. KartKraft telemetry is buggy/spiky and will cause the Spike Filter to activate during normal racing or when hitting the curbs unless the spike filter is increased well above 2700.
IMPORTANT: If you have downloaded the motion profile from the SRS Cloud Share, it will utilize your default Spike Filter settings. If you do not increase it as indicated in the motion profile, your Spike Filter may engage often and motion will feel muted.
Multiple Tunings for KartKraft
Unfortunately, KartKraft does not export the name of the vehicles in telemetry. This makes it impossible for SimRacingStudio to automatically load different tunings for different vehicles. However, utilizing the ability for SRS to import/export tunings, a user can create multiple tunings for KartKraft by following the process outlined here.

KA100 / X30 / KartKraft General Tuning
Note: Tuned utilizing telemetry from the KA100 and X30 on multiple tracks. Kart racing can be extreme; use the following guidance if additional motion is desired:
To increase the movement during braking/accelerating, LOWER the Max Telemetry for Long G Surge Accel & Decel down from 7 to 5 for each one.
For more sway/roll in a corner, increase the Effect Slider for Lat G Sway up from 16 to 18 or 20. If more sway roll is wanted, lower the Max Telemetry for Lat G Sway down from 22 to 15.
For additional roll when hitting curbs, increase the Effect Slider for Roll (not the max telemetry) from 12 up to 14 or 16 and see how it feels.
Finally, an increase in the Spike Filter over 3600 towards 4200 might be needed.
KZ2
Note: Tuned utilizing telemetry from the KA100 and X30 on multiple tracks. This tuning should be utilized for the KZ2 due to its higher telemetry values in sway and surge.
