DiRT Rally 2.0 / DOF Reality

ATTENTION: This motion profile was created on a DOF Reality platform that did not have the SFU gear box upgrade. If you have a SFU upgraded DOF Reality platform, you will likely need to adjust the Effects Slider and Smoothing Effect settings.

Below are the updated motion profiles for DiRT Rally 2.0 which are categorized by the base horsepower for the vehicle. Utilize a tuning based on the horsepower output of the vehicle. The horsepower for each vehicle is listed in DiRT Rally 2.0 on the vehicle selection screen. If an exception is listed below, utilize the recommended tuning. For a General Tuning for DiRT Rally 2.0, utilize the 275 to 350 hp tuning.

Exceptions:

General Tuning for DiRT Rally 2.0 - utilize the 275 to 350hp tuning.

Crosskart Speedcar Xtrem (120hp) - utilize the 350 to 500hp tuning.

100 to 150 hp

Examples: H1 (FWD) Lancia Fulvia HF

150 to 275 hp

Examples: H2 (RWD) Alpine Renault A110 1600 S, H2 (FWD) Peugeot 205 GTI, H2 (RWD) Ford Escort Mk II

275 to 350 hp / General Tuning for DiRT Rally 2.0

Utilize this tuning as a General Tuning for DiRT Rally 2.0 as it's Max Telemetries are in the middle between low and high horsepower vehicles if you do not want to use different horsepower specific profiles. Examples: R5 Ford Fiesta R5, R5 Peugeot 208 R5 T16, NR4/R4 Subaru WRX STI NR4, H3 (RWD) Renault 5 Turbo, Up to 2000cc Subaru Impreza (2001), Group A Subaru Impreza 1995, Group A Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI

350 to 500 hp

Examples: Group B Lancia Delta S4, Rally GT Chevrolet Camaro GT4-R, and Crosskart Speedcar Xtrem

500+ hp

Example: RX Supercars 2019 Ford Fiesta Rallycross (Mk8)

Multiple Tunings for DiRT Rally 2.0

Unfortunately, DiRT Rally 2.0 does not export the name of the vehicles in telemetry. This makes it impossible for SimRacingStudio to automatically load different tunings for different vehicles. However, utilizing the ability for SRS to import/export tunings, a user can create multiple tunings for DiRT Rally 2.0 by following the process outlined here.

100 to 150 hp

150 to 275 hp

Notes: Tuned utilizing telemetry from the H2 (RWD) Alpine Renault A110 1600 S and H2 (RWD) Ford Escort Mk II on multiple tracks including USA, Greece, and Dirtfish.

275 to 350 hp / General Tuning for DiRT Rally 2.0

Notes: Tuned utilizing telemetry from the NR4/R4 Subaru WRX STI NR4 and Group A Subaru Impreza 1995 on multiple tracks including Poland, Greece, Finland, Australia and Dirtfish.

350 to 500 hp

Notes: Tuned utilizing telemetry from the Group B Lancia Delta S4 and Crosskart Speedcar Xtrem on Dirtfish, Greece, and multiple RallyCross Tracks.

500+ hp

Notes: Tuned utilizing telemetry from the RX Supercars 2019 Ford Fiesta Rallycross (Mk8) on Dirtfish and multiple RallyCross Tracks.
