ATTENTION: This motion profile was created on a DOF Reality platform that did not have the SFU gear box upgrade. If you have a SFU upgraded DOF Reality platform, you will likely need to adjust the Effects Slider and Smoothing Effect settings.

Dallara iR-01
Notes: Tuned utilizing telemetry only from the Dallara iR-01 on Laguna Seca, Suzuka, Spa, Long Beach, and Sebring. The Dallara iR-01 telemetry performance is substantially higher than other Dallara's in iRacing and Max Telemetries have been adjusted accordingly. Surge Accel increased slightly to represent high HP of vehicle.
Mazda MX-5 Cup
Notes: Balanced Surge, Sway, and Traction Loss based on telemetry captured from Laguna Seca, Limerock, Okayama, Sebring, and Suzuka. Surge, Sway, and Traction Loss smoothed to match suspension of vehicle.
Street Stock
Notes: Sway and Heave prioritized due to Street Stock performance on tight oval tracks. Roll balanced for Street Stock class tracks. Sway and Traction Loss balanced on Charlotte Speedway, Langley Speedway, USA International Speedway, and Southern National Motorsports Park.
Lucas Oil Off Road Pro 2 Lite
Notes: Telemetry gathered from flat runs on Phoenix and Daytona Rallycross to avoid corruption of Surge and Heave telemetry from impacts. Pitch and Roll prioritized to match suspension travel and performance of truck. Heave prioritized to provide additional motion during jumps.
Skip Barber Formula 2000
Notes: Telemetry capture from Sebring, Suzuka, Spa, Limerock, and Laguna Seca. Smoothing not utilized in order to preserve vehicle performance. Heave can be smoothed by increasing Heave Smoothing Effects to 5 if road bumps are too extreme.
Porsche 718 Cayman GT4
Notes: Balance focused on Traction Loss and Sway due to performance characteristics of the vehicle. Smoothing added to Surge and Traction Loss. Captured telemetry from Laguna Seca, Okayama, and Spa.
BMW M8 GTE
Notes: Sway and Heave normalized based on overall vehicle performance. Accel/Decel balanced. Shift "bumps" can be reduced by increasing Surge Effects Smoothing to 10 if required. Tuned utilizing telemetry from Laguna Seca, Spa, and Limerock. Video of performance below tuning.
NASCAR Cup Series / NASCAR Grander Outdoors
Notes: (UPDATED 10/25/2020) Overall Smoothing reduced to 0. Reaction Speed increased to 100. Surge and Sway Effect Smoothing set to 5. This tuning can be utilized for any of the NASCAR Series Cup Cars (Tuned on a Chevrolet Camaro ZL1) and NASCAR Grander Outdoor Trucks (Tuned on a Chevrolet Silverado). This tuning was created specifically for OVAL track racing only. Roll Max Telemetry has been significantly increased to provide precise platform movement while banking in corners. Vert G Heave increased to provide platform movement from road telemetry. Traction Loss mitigated during high speed lane changes to reduce excessive sway. Video of performance below tuning.
Porsche 919
Notes: (UPDATED 10/25/2020) Overall Smoothing reduced to 0. Reaction Speed increased to 100. Lag G Sway has been greatly increased to match performance of the 919. Vert G Heave has been increased to provide road effects due to its high utilization of down force. Min Traction Loss Activation reduced to 0 to provide immediate response when the effect occurs. All other Max Telemetries increased based on 75% to 90% telemetry utilization. Surge Smoothing Effect set to 5 to reduce gear shifting surge spikes.
Dallara Oval (iR-18 / Dallara DW12 / Indycar Dallara - 2009)
Notes: This tuning is under review since original telemetry was based on Oval track racing. Please adjust as needed until updated. Otherwise, utilize the new Dallara iR-01 tuning for high HP vehicles**
Ferrari 488 GT3
Notes: (UPDATED 10/25/2020) Overall Smoothing reduced to 0. Reaction Speed increased to 100. Sway Effect Slider increased to 20 and Sway Max Telemetry reduced to 19. Sway prioritized to match performance of the vehicle. Tuned utilizing telemetry from Laguna Seca, Spa, Limerock, Bathurst, and Sebring. Video of performance below tuning.
Supercars Ford Mustang GT
Notes: (UPDATED 10/26/2020) Sway prioritized to match performance of the vehicle. Tuned utilizing telemetry from Laguna Seca, Spa, Okayama, with special emphasis on Bathurst/Mount Panorama Circuit. Video of performance below tuning.
Porsche 911 RSR
Notes: (UPDATED 10/26/2020) Though SRS reports it as an Porsche 991 RSR, this is a bug in how iRacing reports the name of the Porsche 911 RSR. Heave slightly reduced to match road suspension performance. Traction Loss increased due to short wheel base and tendency to slide. Sway normalized based on telemetry and performance of vehicle in corners.
iRacing General Tuning
Notes: This tuning is just averaged telemetry from all available tunings. It will not be a perfect tuning for any vehicles; however, it can serve as a baseline tuning while you gather telemetry and make adjustments. Utilize the motion tuning guide for addition information on adjustments: https://www.simracingstudio.com/forum/motion-profiles/srs-2-0-motion-tuning-guide
The original iRacing Tunings created on August 2nd, 2020 have been replaced with the updated ones that use telemetry values that closely match what is capture from iRacing. The older version utilized a "divide-by-3" process which results in a lower Max Telemetry and thus more jarring motion. However, if you liked the previous version and the additional motion, they are available below: Retired iRacing General Tuning
